Cops said they found her and live-in boyfriend Aaron Greene, 31, inside, along with a plastic container in the living room containing HMTD, which is used in bombs.
They also discovered bomb-making manuals, court papers said.
The couple had ammunition and a sawed-off shotgun in the apartment, prosecutors said.
