Are we through the looking glass? John Sununu, who has endorsed Mitt Romney and serves as an advisor to his campaign, is apparently upset over the endorsement of President Obama by General Colin Powell.
Apparently, Sununu believes that if a black person votes for a black candidate, he or she must be doing so based solely on skin color, but that the same rule somehow doesn't apply when a white man, such as himself, votes for a white candidate.
The hypocrisy in implying that General Powell is racist when Powell isn't the one that brought up skin color in the first place also seems to have escaped Sununu. Obviously, the man isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. If he is the best Romney could come up with as far as endorsements, that's rather sad.
