Recently, I wrote the following article entitled, "Republicans, why are you voting for Romney?"

The article was an invitation for Romney supporters to share with us their actual reasons for voting for Mitt Romney.  I had hoped to get some real, concrete answers as to why Romney was the better candidate (rather than having people simply say "because he's not Obama).   While the response from Romney supporters was not very enthusiastic, several people finally did share some reasons as to why they were voting FOR Mr. Romney, rather than against Mr. Obama, and we wound up having some interesting discussions.

With the first of the presidential debates between President Obama and Mitt Romney scheduled for tonight, I thought this would e the perfect time to extend the same invitation to President Obama's supporters.   Please share with us the reasons why you are planning to vote for the president's re-election in November.  Needless to say, the same rule applies:  no resorting to "because he's Mitt Romney".  Let's try to stick to substantive issues.
