In August of this year, Mark Risner was arrested and charged earlier this month for running a brothel, whorehouse, out of his own home. According to the Orlando Sentinel, State Rep. Mike Horner (R-Kissimmee) is on the client list for the prostitution and racketeering case.

According to the Miami Herald, Horner has decided to resign from his position and sent out a press release.
