Mitt Romney made a surprising endorsement yesterday: The GOP candidate admitted that when it comes to reality TV, he’s a firm backer of MTV power-gnome Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi. “I’m kind of a Snooki fan,” Romney — not your typical “Jersey Shore” fan — said in the surprising interview that will air Tuesday on “Live! With Kelly and Michael,” about the plastic-heeled and perma-tanned new mom. Romney was even impressed with how Snooki has lost her baby bulge, “Look how tiny she’s gotten. She’s lost weight. She’s energetic. Just her spark-plug personality is kind of fun.”
