House Speaker John Boehner got teary-eyed once again on Wednesday. Boehner welled up at during a ceremony honoring the late Italian artist Constantino Brumidi, the Huffington Post reports. Brumidi posthumously received a Congressional Gold Medal for his artwork displayed in the Capitol.
