A recent missing children case in Houston has some people asking whether AMBER Alerts are issued fairly here in Texas.
The four children went missing after their father threw their mother out of the family vehicle, and then led police on a high-speed chase before disappearing with the kids.
Still, police did not issue an AMBER Alert for them. In fact, no alert was issued at all for two full days. The children were eventually returned unharmed over the weekend, though the father remains on the loose.
