I'm writing this because I can't handle seeing another post that ends with the commenter telling us he's returning to his soft drink and a smoke (to paraphrase).  I'm sure you've all seen the exact catchphrase and will recognize the reference.

I find it incredibly annoying, ridiculous, and frankly, distracting.  It adds nothing to the discussion and because it is repeated over and over, I feel it is a form of spamming.

What do you think? Is this a form of spamming or not? Do you enjoy seeing that catchphrase or does it annoy you as much as it does me?
