This kind of thing is happening far too often. Cops are out of control when it comes to stopping people without cause and/or tasering them.

Yes, the police have become out of control and the police brutality that is starting to become an epidemic needs to be nipped in the bud now before it gets worse.

Over 600 deaths associated with the use of Tasers.

If this were any other consumer product labeled (and considered to be) non lethal then it would no longer be sold.

One company controls the market and spends big money to lobby and promote its use.

The old man was deaf. Exactly what "deadly" threat did he pose to the cop?

The only "street gang" encouraged to wear their "colors".

Bullies with badges, guns, tasers and the bad attitude to use them.

It's time they a psychological profile has to be done rather than just letting a good old boy who can hitch up his pants and carry a gun, be in law enforcement.
