Israel Weingarten was convicted in federal court of transporting his daughter across state and international boudries in order to rape, sodomize and abuse her. Now a group of haredi rabbis claim Weingarten is innocent – despite the fact that long before the federal trial and conviction, at least two haredi beit dins found the accusations against Weingarten to be true.
